This Golf Cart private tour of Rome allows you to enjoy the Eternal City with comfort and ease. With two departures times every day (morning and afternoon) the pick-up and drop-off service and a tour guide at your disposal, you can really make the most out of your day in Rome. The tour of Rome by Golf Cart starts at your hotel – as long as it is located within the city center – or at our office on Piazza Mattei 11. Our brand new Golf Cart fits up to 3 people plus the guide, can be equipped with doors and glass windows and has warm airco, so even a rainy or cold day won’t be problem at all. Since this Rome tour by Golf cart is private, you can change the route as per your wishes, and if you fancy to hit some highlights not included in our standard itineraries, we will reroute the tour accordingly.
After the tour guide picks you up at your hotel, the private tour by Golf Cart of Rome begins. The Highlights of Rome Golf Cart tour will take you to the most known sites of the Eternal City: the Colosseum is definitely one of them. Next come the Circus Maximus and the Palatine Hill, then we stop at the Mouth of Truth to discover the legend behind it.
The Highlights of Rome by Golf Cart continues on to the Piazza Venezia, featuring the impressive Vittoriano, the famous Trevi Fountain – where you can throw a coin into the water to ensure your comeback to Rome – and the Spanish Steps, heart of the glamour shopping district. From there, we go up to the Borghese Gardens to enjoy an amazing view of the city. On the way down, we stop at the Piazza del Popolo, featuring the very first Egyptian obelisk brought to Rome by Augustus and then we take narrow, winding alleyways heading for the Castel of the Holy Angel. The next stops of our private Golf Cart tour of Rome are the Piazza Navona, with the amazing Bernini’s Fountain of the Four Rivers, the Pantheon (the majestic temple to all the gods of ancient Rome) and Campo de Fiori, afterwards we drop you off back at your hotel.
