Participants must be able to climb and descend stairs without assistance.
All participants will be required to sign a liability form, agreeing to participate in the tour at their own risk.

Your safety is our highest priority.
Every tour by Turtle Tour includes basic training on how to use the Airwheels S5. All participants are required to attend the basic training session and wear a helmet to participate in our tours. The segway depends on your body balance and weight. When you lean forward and shift your bodyweight forward, the segway starts to move. When you lean back, and shift your bodyweight backwards, you stop. A further movement backwards makes you do reverse. To turn, you have to swing the handlebar, to push it sideways. You get on and off from the backside. Hold the segway as you get off. Keep always a good meter safety distance around you and watch any obstacle, cause if your wheels hit something you might lose balance and fall off.

The tour is conducted in public areas, mostly pedestrian zones and sidewalks. Tour participants must give the right of way to other pedestrians.
To ensure your safety the tour guide reserves the right to exclude any participants that do not adhere to instructions on safe and proper operation of the Airwheel S5, those who seem to be of poor health or otherwise unfit for the tour.
