Cancellation Policy

Cancel 48 hours prior for a full refund. 

For no reason whatsoever will any amendment, reschedule or cancellation be allowed less than 48 hours before the tour.

The tickets for the attractions are not refundable.

Meeting Point

The golf cart tours begin at your accommodation if it’s in the city centre, otherwise we arrange a meeting point. The walking tours begin at your accommodation if it suits the itinerary you’ve chosen, otherwise we arrange a convenient meeting point.

Package

The moment you book a Golfcart tour, you automatically book a tourist package which comprises the following items:

Free transportation on street legal electric car, optional pickup at the hotel, city tour, snack, chaperone, visit to the Panthon, visit to the church of Sant’Ignazio, visit to the church of San Pietro in Vincoli, optional drop off at the hotel. You can forgo any of the aforementioned services without the price being changed or reduced. We reserve the right to change the order of the items comprised in the package, to better suit the general schedule.

Weather and Force Majeure

Our tours run rain or shine. In case of rain we provide you with rain ponchos. In case of hot weather we provide you with sunscreen. In the rare case of severe weather the tour will be rescheduled to an alternate date or time. If there is no date or time that fit your schedule, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund issued. In case an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as a strikes, riots or roadblocks, Turtle Tour may change the route.
