1) I'm trying to book for 4 people, but the website shoes only 3 available. Why?

Because there are only 3 spots available. Try reaching out to us and we'll check if we can open it up for 4.

2) I'm trying to make a booking, but the website doesn't let me put any information. What should I do?

Try clicking or tapping (if you're using a mobile device) under the required field, it'll let you enter your data. In alternative, just refresh the page. If nothing works, get in contact with us.

3) What's your cancellation policy?

48 hours prior for a full refund. For no reason whatsoever will any amendment, cancellation or reschedule allowed less than 48 hours before the tour.

4) Is pick up included in the price?

Yes, it is. However, pick up is provided only in the historical center - see image.

5) Where is the historical center?

Where the major monuments are. You can also identify the center by the ZIP code. Addresses with codes 00184, 00186 and 00187 always qualify for pick up.

6) We're staying outside the center, can you pick us up?

It depends on where you're staying. Via della Conciliazione, Trastevere and Testaccio, albeit outside the center, do qualify for pick up.

7) We're staying at the Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavalieri, do you pick us up there?

No, we don't. Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavalieri does not qualify for pick up, being significantly outside the historical center.

8) We're staying in Prati, do you pick us up there?

No, we don't. Prati (ZIP code 00192 and most of 00193) never qualifies for pick up.

9) Which are the hotels you don't pick up at?

Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavalieri, Courtyard by Marriott Rome Central Park, Rome Marriott Park Hotel, Radisson Blue, Hilton Garden Inn Rome Claridge, Parco de' Principi, Hilton Rome Eur La Lama, Caravel Hotel, Hoxton, Le Méridien Visconti Rome, Best Western Plus Hotel Spring House, Best Western Hotel Piccadilly, Best Western Globus Hotel, Best Western Hotel Astrid, Best Western Hotel Rivoli, Hotel NH Collection Roma Giustiniano, Hotel NH Collection Roma centro, Crown Plaza, Sheraton Parco de Medici, and Sheraton Roma Hotel & Conference Center - AMONG MANY OTHER HOTELS - do not qualify for pick up, being significantly outside the historical center.

10) Do you pick up at Fiumicino airport?

No, we don't. The airport is 30km (20 miles) from the center. We can put you in touch with a reliable taxi service.

11) Do you pick up at the cruise port?

No, we don't. The cruise port is 75km (50 miles) from the center. We can put you in touch with a reliable taxi service.

12) What time is pick up?

If the tour starts at 9.30am, then pick up is at 9.30am. If the tour starts at 3.30pm, then pick up is at 3.30pm. If the tour starts at 8pm, then pick up is at 8pm.

13) If you cannot pick us up, where do we meet you?

We'll arrange a meeting point in the center. See image for our standard meeting points.

14) Is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes, foldable wheelchairs and walkers can be carried in the golf cart.

15) We are a party of 4, can we use just one golf cart?

No, you can't. Our golf carts can legally seat 4 people (the driver plus 3 passengers).

16) We are 2 adults and 2 kids, can we use just one golf cart?

No, you can't. Recent changes in the traffic code have forbidden infants to sit on the laps while travelling in any vehicle. Therefore, even though you are with little kids, 4 people will be travelling in two carts.

17) If kids cannot sit on the laps, will you provide a car seat?

Yes, of course. A car seat or a booster will be provided upon request, please let us know beforehand.

18) If we are in two golf carts, do they travel together?

Yes, they do. You'll be traveling together all the time, but in two or three different vehicles, for your own comfort and safety. You'll stay together at every stop.

19) Do we have to drive the cart?

No, you don't. It's a guided tour, there's a driver.

20) Can we bring our pet on the tour?

Yes, you can. Please inform us beforehand.

21) Do we go in the Colosseum during the tour?

No, you don't. It's a sightseeing tour. You don't enter any sites apart from churches, if you want to visit any.

22) Do we tour in the cart for the entire time or do we stop and take pictures?

It's a private tour, you can do whatever you like.

23) Is the route customizable?

Yes, it is - to a certain extent. If you already have in mind any specific sites you want to see, please let us know beforehand.

24) Is there any dress code?

No, there isn't any. To go into churches, please have your shoulders covered.

25) What happens if it rains?

One model of carts has roof and is partially enclosed, the other has roof and curtains. Moreover, we provide rain ponchos. In case of showers or thunderstorm, we stop at a cafe and wait for the rain to stop, then resume the tour.

26) The weather forecast shows thunderstorms in a week. Wouldn't it be better to reschedule or cancel the tour?

The weather in Rome is extremely unpredictable, and forecasts unreliable, especially if made more than 3 days out. The most reliable weather forecast service is meteoam.it, Air Force official website, which makes forecast only 4 days out.

27) Can we start the tour a bit earlier or later?

Yes, you can. Please contact us and we'll do our best to set up a departure time that suits your schedule.

28) What are your working hours?

We answer emails and phone calls from 8am to 8pm CET.
